Description of works – Building Maintenance & Roof Replacement
Following our successful roofing contract work completed at Scottish Water’s Balmore Water Treatment Works, we have recently completed another project for the water utility provider.
Renowned for our excellence in construction and maintenance services, we were contracted to undertake a comprehensive renovation project at the Dalmuir Waste Water Treatment Works. This project aimed to improve the structural integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility. The scope of work encompassed various critical tasks, including internal and external renovations, structural strengthening, and safety installations. As a leading contractor specialising in complete land, sea & air asset maintenance works, we were able to complete this project inhouse using our dedicated team of roofing contractors, building maintenance specialists, industrial cleaning team and drone survey pilots.

- DOFF/TORC Works: Specialist cleaning techniques such as DOFF (superheated water) and TORC (gentle abrasive cleaning) were employed by our industrial cleaning contractors to restore the external surfaces to their original state, removing pollutants and grime.
- External Wall/Gable Repair: Any structural damages to external walls and gables were meticulously repaired to ensure the integrity and longevity of the entire structure.
