With our Dry Ice Blasting Cleaning System, we can safely clean non abrasive, non conductive surfaces in an environmentally friendly way. Dry Ice Cleaning can clean food processing equipment with no need for scrubbing, excessive water usage and most importantly, harmful chemicals that can contaminate food and its taste. The 3mm dry ice pellets that are blasted out of our cleaning system at a controlled feed turn to gas on impact leaving no residue. With no secondary waste created, the majority of food preparing equipment that we clean can be done so without having to disassemble (another time saving benefit of using dry ice blast cleaning).
The Dry Ice pellets that we use are at food grade quality and can decontaminate bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli and Listeria. It can also help to reduce cross contamination caused by the likes of nuts and similar allergy related foods and residues that can leave traces on food processing equipment.
