Description of works – Specialist Conservation Cleaning
McEwan Hall is a Grade A Listed historic building having a complete refurbishment by main contractor Interserve.
Works completed by Balmore include conservation cleaning, DOFF cleaning, biohazard cleaning, site cleaning, rope access cleaning/painting & cabin cleaning. Main auditorium high level dome/glass works were completed from the top working our way down the priceless auditorium organ with scaffold being removed level by level.
Currently at lower levels. Balmore is fully approved by BICS.
