Description of works – Main Contractor Grade 1 Listed Refurbishment Works
Recently completed by Balmore Specialist Contracts Ltd. Scope of works included:
- Emergency repairs
- Steeplejack/Rope access works
- Scaffold erection and Rolex picture wrap installation
- Roofing/lead works
- External repairs to stonework – to listed building standard
- Painting/Gold leaf works
- Lightning protection
- New electrical Rolex signage
- Bird protection
- Stone work cleaning.
The finished building is testament to quality craftsmanship and good old fashioned hard work.
