A big Happy New Year to all of our clients, customers and friends across Scotland.
We hope you had a good festive break but that is now all behind us and 2024 is already fully in swing.
We have a large number of exciting projects that we are able to get out teeth into in the first quarter of the year ranging from scheduled Silo cleaning for a client in the food industry, rope access building maintenance for a multi storey building in the centre of Glasgow, drone surveys including aerial and underwater and also scheduled biohazard cleaning for an industrial client.
But while we have many projects to get on with, we still have capacity to take on new roofing, building maintenance, cleaning contract works and drone inspection services across Scotland. And that neatly brings us to New Years resolutions. While most resolutions are reserved for personal ambitions such as joining the gym, conquering a fear or quitting a nasty habit, there are many opportunities to set New Year resolutions for your business.
Building maintenance is something that many business struggle with. Regular, scheduled building inspection work is vital to ensure that your companies facilities are kept in ‘tip top shape’ yet for many businesses, they wait until a problem has become serious enough to disrupt day to day operations. By bringing in a building maintenance specialist like ourselves, we can provide devegetation, gutter cleaning, cladding repairs, roofing repairs, stonework cleaning, graffiti removal and so much more.
The sooner you tackle an issue, the cheaper the repairs will most likely be. And with drone surveys, we can use thermal imaging to spot issues even sooner. Thermal imaging can spot developing issues that the human eye simple can’t see and we use thermal imaging for our building inspection surveys to look for vulnerable weak points, heat loss, damp build up, leaks and more.
So let’s make 2024 the year that you took control of your business inspection, repairs and cleaning. At Balmore, we can provide you with all of this inhouse as a land, sea and air asset maintenance specialist.
